Author Bio

AJ Wilton is an Australian small businessman with two thriving businesses who turned to writing through the quieter times brought on by Covid.

He describes himself as a 'hobby author’, fitting this into his already time-poor days.

To date, he has written four novels in a series about Mort and Pig in what is planned to be a series of six. (And maybe more!)

He lives in the Gold Coast hinterland in Queensland. AJ and his wife, both inveterate travellers, look forward to continuing to explore somewhere new or returning to some of their favourite places around the world where AJ can indulge in his other hobby of landscape photography.

He has three adult children and three grandchildren.

Returned from their ‘holiday’ after the Invictus Games, Mort and Pig find themselves back in the thick of fighting crime...

This time, they're home in Australia, tracking a group of domestic terrorists. The past comes knocking once more when Mort is presented with new evidence that could uncover the murderer of his beloved Liz.

At the same time, Mort and Pig tangle with a global terrorist network with foundations on the Gold Coast.

Threats loom close to home, and the seasoned pair put their army skills to use. But Mort must also stay focused on his ultimate goal: avenging Liz.

As dangers and shocking truths come to the fore, Mort and Pig are tested to the limit in this latest installment of the thrilling Mortice series!

“This is an exceptional series of great characters, fast-paced plot and visual action for any lover of crime thrillers. Brilliant!” Alexander, Readalot reviewer
