Author Bio

Kathleen M Waddington is a single parent to a son and resides in Melbourne. She has always been interested in helping people and this attracted her to the healthcare profession. In recent years, she has seen how expressive writing can help others in their life journey and her first book, Parent and Child: the two person family, was created. Much of the content of her first book was applicable to a wider audience, so, with a combination of research, her expertise in health and her own life experiences and observations, she wrote Playing Life, an analysis of life.

In the playground of life, every move we make dictates our narrative.

There are so many aspects of life that we have no control over: where we’re born, what family we’re born into, our genetics and more.

But there are resources available to us that can help us live a meaningful and purposeful life.

Playing Life will help you to discover new ways to overcome procrastination and channel positive thinking so you can dig deep into your resources to unleash your full capabilities and level up in life.

You’re invited to the card table, and all the cards are facing up.

It’s time to discover your hand.

'An aspirational read and one to think over as you look at what your life is made of. Read this to uncover the power of choice. Empowering and enlightening.' Allan, Readalot reviewer
